2024 Town Hall Meetings

During the following year, a series of Town Hall discussions will take place to discuss the merger of the 1909 Conference and STEC.  The next discussion will take place on Wednesday, March 27 from 6:00-7:30pm (EST).  Please use the following link to join this virtual conversation:

This year’s conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza Downtown in Memphis, TN.  Please consider presenting at this year’s conference by completing the Call for Proposals by September 20.

Please consider nominating a fellow member for this year’s Outstanding Publication Award.

At the 2023 conference a Life-Chair Nominating Committee was formed to consider applications and provide the membership with a recommendation for the 9th Life Chair replacement at the 2024 conference meeting.  This committee is comprised of Kevin Sutton (chair), Trever Maiseroulle, Mark Crenshaw, Josh Brown, Steve Miller, and Tyler Lover.  Please consider nominating an active-member for this position.

The recipient of the 2023 Epsilon Pi Tau Outstanding Presentation Award was Eric Deneault, Fort Hays State University.

The recipients of the 2023 Technical Foundation of America Outstanding Publication Award was Tyler Love, University of Maryland Eastern Shore and John Wells, Virginia Tech.
